The room was not much bigger than my garden shed.
We checked in put our bags in and went out, during that evening my wife fell ill, we went back to the hotel and explained she was unwell and we needed to get back home,i asked as we could not stay could we get a refund or 1 night credit, the receptionist said fine no problem get your wife home and call us when she is better, i called them and everyone seemed to have forgotten and denied all,they said NO, and offered us a free breakfast when we paid to stay again.
Beware as staff decide when to understand and the hotel was run down and the room was to say on the small side

Do not book!! Rooms don’t look like tha pictures, to park on site they will charge £25 which is extortionate. Decor is outdated and the icing on the cake is that a man was able to walk into my hotel room in the early hours of Sunday morning (6.50am) and they haven’t even bothered to reply to my email/tweets and gave me the run around on the phone. There was a CCTV camera right outside my room so why haven’t they looked at it and given me a refund?? This man did not knock or apologise. It could have been staff or a guest and thankfully nothing happened to me but clearly they do not care about women’s safety.

Really bad, avoid at all cost. Booked this through Booking.com. 40 min before arriving at 11:00pm had a message saying this was cancelled. Called customer services straight away advising we were arriving and had our 2 small children with us. and was told this was still secured for us. Arrived at hotel to be told they don't have a room leaving us and our 2 small children nowhere to stay.

This was ultery disappointing and stressful. Don't recommend to anyone as even on our arrival the staff wasn't in a hurry to help us at all. Disgusting.

I may be in the minority here but I don’t feel this hotel deserves any star at all from my recent experience. I bought a voucher to stay at this hotel for my 30th wedding anniversary with my wife for 28-30 Dec. Unfortunately, my wife had to have an emergency surgery which means we were unable stay as booked.
I tried to contact the hotel via phone and 3 times via and received not even an acknowledgment. I even called their reception and was put through their reservation team who failed to put up the phone.

Park Grant Paddington Court - shocking non existent customer service, Tried to refuse refunds for when hotel closed to public due to coronavirus. Eventually after much communication agrees a refund then does not issue the refund. Does not reply to face book comments and does not reply properly to emails - just badly written replies which do not address the issue. Never again !!!!!!

I've stopped in the Paddington hotel a number of times and find the services, rooms and staff quite reasonable. The food is good, the locations are great and you generally cannot fault the hotels on the whole. Being critical, I would say a little more attention to cleanliness in the rooms, but overall a good experience. Thank you.
